Vintage Perle is rich and elegant with stylish berry flavours, citrus notes and hints of quince that develop more complex biscuit and nutty tones with a beautifully fine and elegant finish.
Only the best juice from the first pressing is used. All base wines undergo malolactic fermentation and are left in contact with the primary yeast lees for up to 10 months. This technique builds more layers of complexity and mouthfeel in the finished wine. Final assembled wine is the result of judicious blending of more than 30 different components.
Serve as a sophisticated aperitif or with freshly shucked oysters, ocean fresh seafood or soft cheeses such as Brie; or enjoy on its own for those extra special celebrations.
