Yellowglen Vintage Pinot Noir Chardonnay is vibrant pale yellow in the glass. Lively aromas of cashew nuts and rich bread dough develop on the palate with hints of strawberry. This superb vintage is full flavoured, complex and well structured yet elegant and creamy with a crisp, dry finish.

The Pinot Noir and Chardonnay was sourced from South-Eastern Australia. Fruit showing good natural acid structure and delicate fruit flavour is selected to make the base for this exceptional sparkling wine.

Serve with oysters, prawns and smoked salmon, or as a sophisticated aperitif or accompaniment to hors d'oeurves.
