This wine is a wonderful example of the uniquely Australian style of sparkling red. With a deep concentration in colour, it has lifted raspberry, plum and blackcurrant aromas on the nose. The palate displays rich, ripe berry fruit flavours, subtle nuances of chocolate and some enticing savoury characters. It has plenty of flavour and a soothing creamy texture in the mouth. The finish is firm without being drying or overtly sweet.
